![]() ![]() ![]() If it doesn't work on that one either, the printer is bad and needs to be replaced. If not try the printer on another computer. If a desktop computer, plug it into the Back USB port and not the front or through a Hub as these ports are weaker You should get new hardware found. When the computer boots back up, plug the USB cable into a different USB port. ![]() Make sure the power adapter for the printer is plugged directly into the wall and not a power strip or extension cord, as this diminishes the power. Then Unplug the USB cable from the computer and restart the computer. In the Elevated Device Manager, do you see any devices with Yellow flags? Or under Universal Serial Bus Controllers, do you see an Unknown Device? If so, right click it and Uninstall it. With the printer turned on and plugged in, go to Start/Search and type devmgmt.msc, right click the devmgmt results and Run As Administrator. There is no driver required for this printer. ![]()
